O experiență cum foarte rar mai întâlnești la un service. O experiență excelentă, de la început până la final. Oameni extrem de serioși, corecți și, mai ales, omenoși. Au găsit cea mai bună soluție pentru laptopul meu, au lucrat impecabil și s-au purtat extraordinar pe tot parcursul reparației. Doamna de la recepție este foarte amabilă, săritoare și atentă, iar domnii tehnicieni sunt profesioniști adevărați, foarte pricepuți și de încredere. Bonus: motanul lor genial, care face atmosfera și mai simpatică. :) Un service în care profesionalismul vine la pachet cu bun-simț și căldură umană. Îi recomand fără nicio ezitare!

Recomand cu încredere acest service! Am ajuns la ei cu Macbook-ul meu M1, după ce am vărsat accidental un pahar cu apă pe tastatură. Au identificat rapid problema și au reușit să repare placa de bază, iar laptopul funcționează acum foarte bine. Am avut o experiență extraordinară la Radical Solutions. Am dus un MacBook Air la care copilul meu ține enorm și, deși era lovit, cu display spart și carcasa deteriorată, echipa a reușit să îl readucă la viață. Faptul că a putut fi reparat și păstrat exact așa cum îl știa a însemnat mult. Oamenii au fost răbdători, atenți și foarte corecți.Comunicarea a fost impecabilă, iar rezultatul final arată ca nou. Super profi, am trimis macbook air dimineata, si dupa amiaza era gata (pisele erau pe stoc). In cazul meu totul a decurs bine si rapid. Totul functioneaza bine acum pe laptop.
