What the warranty covers and doesn't cover

Covered

  • Defect of the part installed by us — if the battery, display or any component installed by us fails within warranty
  • Replacement labour — you don\'t pay anything extra for disassembly and reassembly
  • Spare part — you receive a new / refurbished component, free of charge
  • Same defect on logic board repair — if the repaired circuit fails again
  • Courier transport (return) — if the device was sent by courier

Not covered

  • Subsequent physical damage — fall, impact, pressure on the device after the repair
  • Subsequent liquid damage — liquid spilled on the device after the repair
  • Intervention at another shop — if the device is taken to another shop, the warranty for components in warranty is void
  • Defects in other components — the warranty only covers the part/repair performed, not the entire device
  • Normal wear — natural battery degradation (cycles) does not constitute a warranty defect

Contact us

Call, message on WhatsApp or come in directly. Describe the symptom — we immediately check if it's covered by warranty.

To the shop or by courier. You only need the invoice / fiscal receipt from the previous repair.

We confirm the defect falls within warranty, replace the part and fully test. No charges.

Done. Warranty remains valid per the originally established date — it doesn't reset and doesn't extend.

Detailed warranty conditions

The warranty document is the fiscal invoice or fiscal receipt issued at repair completion. It mentions: repair type, installed part, completion date and warranty period. Keep this document — it\'s required for any warranty claim.

Warranty verification — when receiving the device under warranty, we check whether the reported defect is related to the previous repair and whether there are no signs of unauthorised intervention, physical damage or subsequent liquid damage. Verification usually takes 1-2 hours.

Warranty applies only to the part / repair performed. If we replaced the battery and later the display fails (from another cause), the display is not covered by the battery warranty. Each component has its own separate warranty.

iPhone — 3 months for any repair. Regardless of the type of intervention (battery, display, port, camera, logic board), the iPhone warranty is 3 months from the handover date.

MacBook — 12 months standard, with 3 exceptions. Most MacBook repairs (battery, keyboard, trackpad, speakers etc.) have 12-month warranty. Exceptions are: display replacement (3 months), logic board repair (3 months) and liquid damage cleaning (3 months) — due to complexity and external factors that can influence the durability of these interventions.

Warranty does not reset. If a component is replaced under warranty, the warranty term remains the one originally established, from the original repair date. No new warranty period is granted at the warranty intervention.

Intervention at another shop = loss of warranty. If the device goes to another shop (regardless of reason), we no longer grant warranty afterwards for components that were within warranty with us. This is a firm condition — we recommend contacting us first if you have any issue with a device under warranty.

Frequently asked questions about warranty

Is the warranty in writing?
Yes. The warranty is mentioned on the fiscal invoice issued at repair completion. This is the official warranty document.
What happens if the part fails within warranty?
We replace it free of charge. Come to the shop or send by courier, we verify, replace and test — at no cost.
Does the warranty reset after a warranty intervention?
No. The warranty remains valid per the originally established date. If we replace a part under warranty, the warranty term doesn't reset and doesn't extend — it remains the one from the original repair.
I lost my invoice. Can I still claim the warranty?
If the repair was done with us, we can identify the order in our database by phone number or device serial number.
Does the warranty cover other defects that appear later?
No. The warranty only covers the part/repair performed by us. If a defect appears in another component, it requires separate diagnostic.
If my display broke after the battery replacement, do I lose the battery warranty?
No, as long as you didn't go to another shop. The battery warranty covers battery functionality, not the display. However, if you take the device to another shop for the display, the battery warranty installed by us is void.
Can I claim warranty if I've been to another shop in the meantime?
No. If the device goes to another shop, we no longer grant warranty afterwards for components that were within warranty. This is a firm condition, regardless of the type of intervention performed by the other shop.
Is the warranty valid for devices sent by courier?
Yes. The process is identical: send the device by courier, we verify, replace under warranty and return free of charge.
