Our story
Radical Service began from one technician's desire to fix what others refused — logic boards, liquid damage, complex hardware issues that generalist repair shops avoided. From a small workshop in 2014, we grew steadily without changing our philosophy: quality, transparency, Apple-only specialisation.

We opened our first workshop dedicated exclusively to MacBook repairs. Investment in professional equipment and technical training laid the foundation of the most serious independent Apple service in Bucharest.
Expansion and specialisation
We extended our expertise to the entire Apple range — iPhone, iMac, iPad, Apple Watch. Continuous investment in equipment: Amex microscope, JBC stations, programmers and advanced diagnostic equipment.
Rebranding — Radical Service
Natural evolution brought the rebrand under Radical Service — a name that reflects our approach to quality, transparency and professional resolution of any Apple issue.
Today
Over 25,000 repairs completed, team of 3+ specialised technicians, at least one Apple-certified. One of the most experienced independent Apple service shops in Romania, with English-speaking technicians.
